• Maintain daily call reports (DCR).
• Follow up on DCRs.
• Check expenses and track dispatches.
• Process sales orders.
• Support the sales and supplies team.
• Good communication skills; preferably from telemarketing.
• Regular monitoring and tracking of sales employees.
