Global Channel Management, Inc. is seeking a Remote Call Center Spanish/English candidate with at least one year of experience.

Requirements

• Microsoft Office (MS Office).
• Must be located in Florida (FL), Indiana (IN), Kentucky (KY), or Ohio (OH).
• Availability for one of the following shifts:
  • 12:30 p.m. – 9:00 p.m.
  • 1:30 p.m. – 10:00 p.m.
  • 2:30 p.m. – 11:00 p.m.
  • 3:30 p.m. – 12:00 a.m.
• Windows 10 or newer.
• Call center experience.
• Customer service experience.
• Ethernet connection.
• Internet connection with 25 Mbps upload and download speeds.
• Headset.
• Own equipment for the role, including a home computer and monitor.

Key Duties

• Document calls.
• Take incoming calls.
