Project Manager - 1
Qualifications: Degree in Engineering / Project Management. PMP or equivalent is an added advantage. 8+ years' experience in large scale projects
Key Technical Skills: Project planning & scheduling. Risk management. Stakeholder management. Contract administration. Team leadership
Electrical Engineers - 3
Qualifications: BSc in Electrical Engineering. 5+ years' experience in power systems. Registration with relevant body is an added advantage
Key Technical Skills: Power system design & analysis. MV/LV systems. Single line diagrams. Equipment selection. Standards compliance
Civil Engineers - 2
Qualifications: BSc in Civil Engineering. 5+ years' experience in civil construction. Registration with relevant body is an added advantage
Key Technical Skills: Site layout & earthworks. Structural design & foundation works. Quantity estimation. AutoCAD
Solar Techs - 2
Qualifications: Diploma / Certificate in Solar PV Technology. 3+ years' experience in solar PV installations

PROJECT MANAGER
CONTRACT • KITWE
To oversee and direct construction projects from conception to completion, ensuring projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Review project plans to schedule deliverables and estimate costs.
- Coordinate and direct construction workers, subcontractors, and site staff.
- Monitor project progress, prepare internal and external reports, and manage risks.
- Ensure all on-site activities comply with health, safety, and regulatory standards.
- Liaise with clients, stakeholders, and regulatory authorities.
QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE:
- Education: Bachelor’s Degree in Electrical, Mechanical, or Civil Engineering from a recognized institution.
- Professional Registration: Must hold a valid practicing certificate and current EIZ membership. (Proof required).
- Experience: Minimum of 5 years of experience in project management within the construction, energy, or infrastructure sector.
- Certification: PMP or equivalent certification is an added advantage.
REQUIRED DOCUMENTS:
- Detailed, signed CV.
- Certified copies of academic certificates.
- Copy of valid EIZ registration certificate and practicing license.
- Copy of NRC/Passport.
