Boxleo Courier is looking for an experienced and customer-focused Call Center Agent to join its team in Lusaka, Zambia.

Role Description

The successful candidate will be responsible for reaching out to potential and existing customers via phone calls, responding to customer enquiries, building strong client relationships, maintaining accurate sales records, and working closely with the operations team to achieve business objectives.

This role offers an opportunity to develop skills in sales, customer service, client relations and communication.

Qualifications and Requirements

• Minimum of 1½ years of relevant call centre experience.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to engage confidently with clients and communicate information clearly.
• Strong customer service and support skills.
• Ability to handle customer enquiries professionally and efficiently.
• Good record-keeping and organisational skills.
• Ability to work effectively within a team.
