Job Opportunity
We are looking for a motivated and experienced individual to help supervise our school kitchens.
This role is ideal for someone with experience in running a kitchen, tuckshop, restaurant, catering business, or food service operation, and who understands both food preparation and business growth.

Responsibilities
- Oversee daily kitchen operations.
- Assist with menu planning and food costing.
- Improve food quality and customer satisfaction.
- Manage stock and reduce wastage.
- Help develop systems for order tracking and payments.
Requirements
- Experience managing a kitchen, restaurant, tuckshop, canteen or catering business.
- Good organisational and leadership skills.
- Understanding of stock management and food costing.
- Ability to work independently and provide business improvement ideas.
Location Preference: Candidates must preferably be based in or near the Munali area. Applicants from other areas may also be considered.
