- Monitor product availability, shelf positioning, pricing and competitor activity.
- Identify out-of-stock situations and follow up with the relevant customer.
- Work with customers to improve product visibility and placement.
- Collect market intelligence on competitor products, pricing, promotions and new market developments.
- Provide management with feedback on customer and consumer trends.
5. Sales Administration & Reporting
- Maintain accurate records of customer visits, leads and sales opportunities.
- Prepare weekly business development and customer activity reports.
- Maintain an updated customer and prospect database.
- Prepare sales forecasts and opportunity pipelines.
- Follow up quotations, purchase orders and other commercial documentation.
- Coordinate with production, stores, distribution and finance teams to ensure customer requirements are met.
- Support collection and follow-up of outstanding customer accounts where required.
Minimum Requirements

- Ability to prepare basic sales reports and maintain customer records.
- Good command of written and spoken English.
