Mungwi Park Gardens, a beautiful and serene venue located in Mungwi, is seeking a qualified Chef to join our growing team. We pride ourselves on delivering fresh, high-quality meals to our guests in a peaceful garden setting perfect for events, dining, and special occasions.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare and cook a variety of local and international dishes with creativity and consistency
• Maintain high standards of food hygiene, safety, and presentation
• Assist in menu planning and development
• Manage kitchen operations efficiently during peak hours
• Ensure proper storage and inventory of kitchen supplies
• Work closely with the service team to deliver excellent guest experiences

Requirements

• Minimum 2 years of proven experience as a Chef in a restaurant, lodge, or hospitality setting
• Certificate or diploma in Culinary Arts or related field (added advantage)
• Strong knowledge of Zambian cuisine and international dishes
• Ability to work under pressure and flexible hours (including weekends)
• Passion for food, cleanliness, and attention to detail
• Good communication and teamwork skills
• Must be female as per the specific requirements of the role
