Linton Security Operations (LSO) Limited is looking for energetic, confident and target-driven individuals to join its Sales and Marketing team.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct field visits to identify and engage prospective clients.
• Generate leads and develop new business opportunities.
• Promote LSO's services to residential, commercial, industrial and institutional clients.
• Arrange client meetings, follow up on leads and close sales.
• Meet assigned monthly sales targets.
• Maintain accurate sales records and submit weekly reports.

Requirements

• Aged between 18 and 35 years.
• Must reside in Lusaka or Ndola and be familiar with the respective city.
• Previous sales experience is mandatory.
• Good command of spoken and written English.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
• Must own a smartphone.
• Confident, self-motivated and target-driven.
• Willing and able to conduct extensive fieldwork.
• Professional appearance and conduct.
• Available to start immediately.
• Experience in the security industry is an added advantage.
