We're Hiring – Sales & Marketing Officer

Fortified Investment Limited is inviting applications from suitably qualified, motivated and enthusiastic candidates to join its team as a Sales & Marketing Officer.

This is an entry-level opportunity for an individual looking to build practical experience in sales, marketing, customer engagement and business development.

Key Responsibilities

• Promote and market the company’s products and services.
• Identify prospective customers and new business opportunities.
• Follow up on customer enquiries, leads and quotations.
• Build and maintain good relationships with existing and prospective clients.
• Support sales activities and contribute towards achieving company sales targets.
• Assist with marketing campaigns and promotional activities.
• Support the company’s digital marketing and brand visibility initiatives.
• Conduct basic market research and identify potential markets.
• Maintain customer and sales records and prepare basic reports when required.

Qualifications & Requirements

• Diploma in Sales and Marketing or a related field.
• Entry-level/beginner candidates are encouraged to apply.
• Applicants should be aged between 20 and 26 years.
• Must be based in Kitwe.
• Female candidates are preferred for this position.
• A valid driving licence is mandatory.
• Good written and verbal communication skills.
• Good interpersonal and customer-service skills.
• Basic computer literacy.
• Professional attitude, willingness to learn and ability to work as part of a team.
