We are looking for a motivated and experienced individual to help supervise our school kitchens.

This role is ideal for someone with experience in running a kitchen, tuckshop, restaurant, catering business, or food service operation, and who understands both food preparation and business growth.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily kitchen operations.
• Assist with menu planning and food costing.
• Improve food quality and customer satisfaction.
• Manage stock and reduce wastage.
• Help develop systems for order tracking and payments.

Requirements

• Experience managing a kitchen, restaurant, tuckshop, canteen or catering business.
• Good organisational and leadership skills.
• Understanding of stock management and food costing.
• Ability to work independently and provide business improvement ideas.

Location Preference: Candidates must preferably be based in or near the Munali area. Applicants from other areas may also be considered.
