About the Opportunity

A renowned and well-established fashion boutique in Lusaka is looking for a professional, experienced and customer-focused Store Assistant to join the team. The ideal candidate should be confident, organised, sales-driven and capable of maintaining the high standards expected of an established fashion brand.

Qualifications

• Diploma or Degree in Sales & Marketing
• Diploma or Degree in Business Administration
• Diploma or Degree in Marketing
• Diploma or Degree in Business Management
• Diploma or Degree in Retail Management
• Any other relevant business-related course

Experience

• Minimum of 2 years’ relevant work experience
• Previous experience in retail, fashion, sales or customer service will be an added advantage
• Experience handling clients and working in a fast-paced environment is preferred

Key Responsibilities

• Welcoming and professionally assisting clients
• Advising customers on products, sizing and styling
• Driving sales and meeting store targets
• Handling customer enquiries and follow-ups
• Processing orders, collections and dispatches
• Receiving, organising and monitoring stock
• Maintaining attractive and organised merchandise displays
• Assisting with stock counts and inventory control
• Maintaining excellent store presentation and cleanliness
• Supporting basic social media and content activities when required
• Providing excellent after-sales customer service
