SIGU Properties Limited is inviting applications from recent graduates, final-year students, and motivated school leavers in Lusaka for a part-time, commission-based Sales and Marketing Intern opportunity.

Role Overview

This is a hybrid role combining field marketing in Lusaka with online and remote social media promotion. Platforms include Facebook, WhatsApp, TikTok, Instagram and LinkedIn.

Key Responsibilities

• Follow up on inbound leads provided through company marketing campaigns.
• Distribute promotional flyers in the field.
• Show clients around properties.
• Create basic media content for marketing and promotional purposes.
• Promote properties and services through social media platforms, including Facebook, WhatsApp, TikTok, Instagram and LinkedIn.

Requirements

• Diploma or degree background in Sales, Marketing, Business, Real Estate or Communication, or a strong sales drive for school leavers.
• Confident English speaker. Knowledge of Nyanja or Bemba is an added advantage.
• Must own a smartphone with WhatsApp.
• Basic computer skills.
• Willingness to undertake field marketing and online promotional activities.
