Bridgestone Insurance Brokers is seeking to recruit two (2) highly motivated and results-driven Sales Executives to be based in Lusaka.

Key Responsibilities

• Market and sell insurance products to new and existing clients.
• Prospect, generate leads and build a strong client portfolio.
• Achieve monthly sales targets.
• Provide excellent customer service and after-sale support.
• Maintain good client relationships.

Requirements and Qualifications

• Full Grade 12 certificate.
• Qualification in Insurance (certificate, diploma or equivalent).
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
• Self-motivated, target-driven and able to work with minimum supervision.
• Based in Lusaka.
