Scale With TARS LLC is a strategic growth consulting firm that helps mid-sized businesses scale using its Tower Advantage Revenue System, providing on-demand people, systems and pipeline solutions for businesses earning $2 million to $10 million.

The company is seeking independent contractors to provide remote customer service for a major financial services programme. This opportunity is suited to individuals who are comfortable assisting customers with debit card accounts, transactions and account-related concerns while handling sensitive financial information professionally.

Responsibilities

Provide inbound customer support for prepaid debit and credit card accounts, including:

• Card activation, account balances, transactions and disputes.
• Lost or stolen cards and general account enquiries.
• Payroll cards, fund transfers and payment-related concerns.
• Secure handling of customer information in compliance with required financial regulations and data protection procedures.

Work Commitment

After training, this opportunity requires more than 50 hours of work during each of the following periods:

• 1st to 15th of each month.
• 16th to the last day of each month.

This work commitment continues throughout the contract.

Minimum Requirements

• Windows desktop or laptop computer.
• Minimum of 16 GB RAM.
• Reliable, hardwired high-speed internet connection. Wi-Fi-only connections are not permitted.
• USB headset with microphone.
• Quiet, professional workspace.
• Ability to pass a background check and fingerprint screening.
• Successful completion of a computer compatibility check and online assessment.
