Job Overview

We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Lodge Manager to oversee the daily operations of our lodge and ensure exceptional guest satisfaction. The position is based in Siavonga.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day lodge operations.
• Supervise housekeeping, maintenance, security, and support staff.
• Ensure excellent customer service and guest experiences.
• Handle bookings, check-ins, and guest inquiries.
• Monitor lodge finances, stock control, and reporting.
• Maintain high standards of cleanliness, safety, and presentation.
• Coordinate maintenance and property upkeep.

Requirements

• Previous experience in lodge, hotel, hospitality, or guesthouse management.
• Strong leadership and staff management skills.
• Excellent communication and customer service abilities.
• Computer literacy, including email, bookings, reports, and Microsoft Office.
• Honest, reliable, and able to work independently.
• A valid driver's licence will be an added advantage.
