Ajabu Technologies is looking for an accurate, trustworthy and proactive individual to join its finance team.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare journal entries and maintain accounting records.
• Support cash management, bank and cash reconciliations.
• Assist with financial reporting.
• Prepare and manage payroll for review and approval.
• Support tax, statutory and internal financial compliance.

Minimum Qualifications & Experience

• Diploma in Accounting/Accountancy, ZiCA Diploma in Accountancy, ACCA Diploma in Accounting and Business, or another recognised equivalent accounting diploma.
• Must be a member of ZiCA.
• At least one year of relevant accounting experience.

Added Advantage

Degree in Accounting, ZiCA CA Application Advanced Diploma, ACCA Advanced Diploma, or a higher professional accounting qualification.

Essential Skills

Microsoft Excel, accounting software, accuracy, integrity and confidentiality. Zoho Books experience is an added advantage.
