About the Role

Calls Experts Corporation is seeking a Customer Service Agent to handle inbound and outbound calls remotely for the US and Canada insurance market. The role also involves administrative support, answering calls, scheduling meetings and maintaining online records.

Key Responsibilities

• Process inbound and outbound call traffic to qualify leads and make live transfers.
• Qualify prospects.
• Resolve client queries.
• Prepare customer spreadsheets and maintain online records.
• Answer calls and support scheduling of meetings and related administrative tasks.

Requirements

• Laptop or desktop computer with a minimum CPU score of 6000+ and at least 12 GB RAM.
• Device must run Windows 11 or a recent Mac OS.
• Fiber optic internet connection.
• Ability to work 8 to 9-hour shifts, 5 days a week, in EST time.
• Availability for shifts between 9:00 AM and 9:00 PM EST.
• Excellent command of the English language.
• Ability to handle objections and use persuasive skills, with confidence in small talk.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced virtual environment.
• Strong work ethic.
• Willingness to learn and grow.
• Experience with communication tools is required.
