About Snappy Money Lenders Limited

Snappy Money Lenders Limited is a registered lending institution that has been in operation for over five years. In response to client demand for its services in other districts, the company has extended its operations to Solwezi and is seeking two enthusiastic and energetic individuals to fill the following positions.

1. Secretary (1 Position)

Responsibilities

• Welcome and attend to clients.
• Clearly explain terms of reference to clients and assist them with loan calculations.
• Provide guidance to clients where necessary.
• Create client profiles and attend to administrative matters as assigned by the supervisor.
• Review and analyse loan applications before approval.
• Ensure the office premises remain clean at all times.
• Generate reports and provide prompt feedback to the supervisor as required.

Qualifications and Requirements

• Must be female.
• Must be based in Solwezi.
• Must be computer literate.
• Must be fluent in English.
• Must have good communication skills.
• Must possess a full Grade 12 Certificate.
• Must be a team player.
• Experience in a similar field or a business-related role will be an added advantage.
• Must be between 18 and 35 years of age.

2. Loan Analyst (1 Position)

Responsibilities

• Assess and evaluate collateral to determine and verify its functionality.
• Create loans and capture client details.
• Develop marketing and disposal strategies.
• Analyse and initiate loans for disbursement.
• Attend to monthly statutory requirements.
• Evaluate the market value of properties pledged as collateral and advise clients accordingly.
• Perform any other tasks assigned by the supervisor.

Qualifications and Requirements

• Must be male.
• Must be based in Solwezi.
• Must be computer literate.
• Must have knowledge of cars, phones, laptops and other related electronic gadgets.
• Must possess good communication skills.
• Must be a team player.
• Must possess a full Grade 12 Certificate. Other academic qualifications will be an added advantage.
• Must be between 18 and 35 years of age.
• Experience in similar work will be an advantage.
