1. Power Electricians (3 Positions)

Key Responsibilities

• Operate and maintain electrical substations and power distribution systems.
• Conduct inspections, preventive maintenance and electrical repairs.
• Diagnose electrical faults and ensure compliance with safety standards.
• Maintain maintenance and inspection records.

Qualifications and Requirements

• Full Grade 12 Certificate.
• Diploma or Advanced Certificate in Electrical Engineering or equivalent.
• 3–5 years of relevant electrical maintenance experience.
• Experience with electrical substations and high- and low-voltage systems.
• Professional registration where applicable; high-voltage training is an advantage.

2. Excavator Operator (1 Position)

Key Responsibilities

• Operate excavators safely and efficiently.
• Conduct daily equipment inspections and report defects.
• Perform excavation, loading and material-handling tasks.
• Maintain equipment and follow workplace safety procedures.

Qualifications and Requirements

• Grade 12 Certificate preferred.
• Recognised excavator operation certificate or heavy equipment qualification.
• Valid operator’s licence or certification as required.
• 2–3 years of proven excavator operating experience.
• Basic equipment maintenance and fault-reporting knowledge.
• Experience in steel manufacturing, construction, mining or scrap handling is an advantage.
