Responsibilities

• Make outbound calls to coordinate accident scene assistance, vehicle release and related services.
• Handle callbacks from customers, client representatives and service providers.
• Answer inbound calls to set up new service requests.
• Coordinate assistance and provide customer support throughout the service process.

Scheduling and Work Arrangements

• Availability for 24/7 hours after completing training.
• Choose your schedule.
• Flexible scheduling after certification.
• Payments twice monthly via direct deposit.

Requirements

• Laptop or desktop computer running Windows 11.
• USB headset.
• Hardwired internet connection using Ethernet.
• Ability to pass an online assessment.
