1. TECHNICAL TRAINER – PROCESS SUGAR TECHNOLOGY ×1

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Prepare, conduct, and evaluate technical training programs
• Write on the job learning materials and assessments
• Conduct root-cause analysis during technical problem solving
• Guide frontline managers on closing technical skills gaps
• Conduct learning needs analysis for technical operations at the Mills
• Develop and conduct on the job training programmes
• Conduct pre and post training assessments and give feedback
• Update TOPS charts and conduct TOPS training follow-up
• Write technical training modules and contribute to work instructions
• Produce and submit technical training progress reports
• Conduct formal upskilling programs e.g. Pan Boiling & Operator Utility Day Training
• Facilitate and manage process trainees, learnerships and apprenticeship programs
• Coordinate SHERQ legal/mandatory training required for licenses

MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS

• Full Grade 12 Certificate
• Minimum Diploma in Chemical Engineering or equivalent
• Assessor and Learning Facilitation Competence Certificates
• 3 to 5 years’ experience as an FLM in Sugar Production Operations including labs
• Business acumen, communication, influencing, analytical & problem-solving skills
• Computer Literacy
• Ability to manage multiple projects
• Valid driver’s license
• Certificates must be verified by Zambia Qualifications Authority (ZAQA)

2. TECHNICAL TRAINER - AGRICULTURE ×1

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Prepare, conduct and evaluate Agriculture technical related training programs
• Conduct learning need analysis for Agric technical operations
• Develop and conduct on-the-job training using variety of methods
• Write technical training modules and contribute to work instructions
• Conduct formal upskilling programs e.g. Agriculture team Development Program
• Facilitate and manage Agric trainees, learnership and apprenticeship programs
• Coordinate SHERQ legal/mandatory training
• Provide input into annual L&D budgets
• Coordinate training venues, bookings, stationery and housekeeping

MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS

• Full Grade 12 Certificate
• Minimum Diploma in Agriculture specialized in Crop Science or equivalent
• Preferably 3-5 years’ experience in a similar position
• Business acumen, communication, influencing, analytical & problem-solving skills
• Computer Literacy
• Ability to manage multiple projects
• Valid driver’s license
• Certificates must be verified by ZAQA
